A History of Technological Innovation

Evigia Systems, Inc. was founded as a wireless and sensing electronics company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 2004. We are today recognized as an innovator and leading provider of wireless sensing, identification, and tracking products and solutions.

Evigia’s technology has been proven in military, security, and commercial applications.  In 2009 we were one of three companies selected to provide tested and approved wireless sensor and tracking products for the U.S., NATO and Allies Global Logistics Network. Two years later we received the prestigious Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award in North America Wireless Sensing.

Evigia specializes in delivering wireless sensing products and solutions with longer battery life and superior functionality per unit cost. Evigia achieves this through an integrated embedded systems and electronics design, and manufacturing approach combining wireless communications and sophisticated sensing functions.

Evigia’s founder and CEO, Navid Yazdi, earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1999 – yet his fascination with electronics extends much farther back than that. The university’s Electrical & Computer Engineering department recently featured Navid in their online magazine.
